  • build and maintain A/B testing framework, feature flags and targeting logic
  • architect integrations connecting website, CRM, analytics and ad platforms
  • build APIs, webhooks and automations to move data cleanly between systems
  • debug across tools when GTM systems break

5–9 years in growth engineering, web development with a CRO focus, or a similar hands-on roleStrong JavaScript and SQL skills; experience with React a plusDirect experience with CRO and A/B testing - you've shipped tests, owned the framework, and have opinions on what worksComfort building integrations across APIs, webhooks, and the tools in a modern GTM stackFamiliarity with tracking implementations: GA4, Segment or RudderStack, server-side GTMA strong sense of ownership. You ship, you iterate, and you find the next problem to work on without being handed it.
