From the posting
- Have 4+ years of experience building production software - Are fluent in TypeScript or Python and comfortable working across the full stack - Have experience building internal tools, workflow automation, developer platforms, or customer-facing products - Have built AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI tooling - Enjoy working directly with end users and rapidly iterating based on feedback - Think like a product builder, not just an implementer - Take ownership, move quickly, and bias toward shipping - Are excited by ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving startup environments
