What you’d own
- build and maintain intelligent AI agents across the customer lifecycle
- own and operate the AI SDR outbound program end-to-end
- generate prospect lists, enrich accounts, sequence outreach, and manage replies
- design prompt templates, tool definitions, and RAG pipelines
- implement safety protocols, PII protection, and content filtering
- monitor sending infrastructure, usage, latency, costs, and deliverability
- run performance experiments and track pipeline and operational metrics
- partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to scope initiatives and lead pilots
